  1. STEP 1

    Access e-People

    • Website: https://www.epeople.go.kr

    Sign Up or Log In

    Select the Complaint Application Menu

    Personal Information and Consent

    • Consent to the provision and use of personal information is required → Enter the complainant’s contact details, address, etc. → If the place where the matter occurred is online, check 'Not applicable' ('해당없음')

    Fill In the Form

    • Title: Write briefly so that the key point of the complaint is clear
    • Content: Describe specifically when, where and what happened (a fact-based account and polite language are recommended)
    • Attachments: Supporting evidence may be attached if available (photos, documents, etc.)

    Automatic Assignment or Manual Selection of the Handling Agency

    • The relevant ministry or local government is assigned automatically according to the content of the complaint
    • If you wish, you may also select the agency yourself

    Complete the Application and Check the Receipt Number

    • A receipt number is issued once the complaint has been filed
